DYN-1100 Resistance to flame injection agent (Earthquake resistance repair reinforcement)
introduction
DNY-1100 is a specialized product used for anchoring bolts, fixing bridge bearings, repairing and reinforcing concrete structures against seismic forces, and injecting cracks. It effectively penetrates even minor cracks or gaps during steel plate reinforcement, delivering strong adhesive power, perfect waterproofing, and structural reinforcement. After curing, it exhibits excellent flame-retardant properties and superior mechanical strength, enhancing seismic resistance and extending service life.
Notably, DNY-1100 is formulated with significantly reduced halogen content, making it a flame-retardant solution that suppresses secondary fires through self-extinguishing action during fire incidents, thereby minimizing fire damage
Uses
- Crack injection repair for concrete Structures.
- Seismic repair & reinforcement injection agent for concrete.
- Crack Repair via Injection for precast concrete panels and molded Concrete products.
- Anchor reinforcement for sabs and columns.
- Adhesive injection for delamination areas in concrete finishing mortar and decorative tiles.
- Rehabilitation mortar for aging or vulnerable concrete sections.
- Steel plate reinforcement & seismic repair injection agent, grout for machine foundations.
- For anchor bolt fixation.
- Bridge structure reinforcement and expansion joint fixation agent.
Characteristics
- UL-94 V0-rated flame-retardant product.
- Halogen-free environmentally friendly product.
- Exhibits excellent physical strength, water resistance, and weather resistance, providing enhanced seismic resistance and reinforcement.
- Low exothermic reaction during curing and minimal shrinkage.
- Divided into summer, temperate (spring/autumn), and winter types to maximize workability according to curing speed under seasonal temperature variations.
- Low-viscosity type optimized for high-pressure and low-pressure injection, featuring optimal viscosity and fluidity.
- Remains flexible after curing, offering vibration resistance and enhanced seismic performance.
Quality
- Produced in summer, spring/autumn, and winter versions depending on the application temperature.
- Working time and curing time are measured values at respective standard usage temperatures.
1) Summer: 30°C 2) Spring/Autumn: 20°C 3) Winter: 10°C - Tack-Free Stage: The stage where the product is no longer sticky to the touch, enabling safe capsule removal.
- Curing Time: The duration required for the product to achieve approximately 80% of its final mechanical strength.
