Two-component acrylic injection machine DY-2020

To ensure prolonged use of the DY-2020 equipment equipped with an electric motor, strict adherence to the following guidelines is required;
The rated operating time of this product is 40 minutes.
Stop operation for at least 5 minutes periodically to allow the device to cool down.
If chemicals come into contact with your skin, immediately wipe them off and wash thoroughly with soap and water.
If any skin irritation or abnormal symptoms occur, seek immediate medical attention

• Prevent water ingress into components, especially the motor area.
• Do not disassemble or modify the product unless performed by a certified technician.
• Do not operate the device if parts are damaged or malfunctioning.
• Avoid dropping or subjecting the product to severe impact

1.  Inspect A and B tanks for foreign substances or debris.
2.  Fill A and B tanks with respective chemicals (Chemical A and B) to the same level, ensuring they do not mix.
3.  Assemble the hose and 2K gun and press the switch to confirm chemical discharge
   from the nozzle.
4.  Close the high-pressure valve and verify that pressure builds up. Once pressure stabilizes, reopen the valve to inject the chemical into the packer.
5.  After injection, open the drain valve to empty residual chemicals into empty containers.
   Refill the A and B tanks with water, then press the switch to flush water through the system.
   Repeatedly open/close the valve on the 2K gun to ensure no residue remains in the hose.
6.  Disassemble the hose and 2K gun once all works are completed.

In case of No. 4 Case (No Pressure Build-Up, Motor Only Operates), Disassemble the pump and inspect the [check section] for foreign substances or damaged packing. Remove debris and replace the packing if necessary. Reassemble the pump after completion.
